Money in your GradSave account is held in an FDIC insured commercial account at Bank of America. This means that your money is guaranteed to be safe between the time you receive it in your GradSave profile and the time you redeem the contributions to your linked 529 college savings plan (or any other state pre-paid plan like Florida Prepaid).
