When you use GradSave.com, the Site’s servers automatically record certain information about your use of the Site. Similar to other web sites, GradSave records information such as browsing activity, data displayed or clicked on (ads, links, etc.) and other information (browser type, IP address, cookie ID, date & time of access, etc.). Along with cookies, GradSave may use third-party tracking technology, such as Google Analytics, to record information about your activity on the Site.
GradSave is not directed to anyone under the age of 19. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information without his or her consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.

Information Sharing and Onward Transfer
GradSave may disclose the nonpublic personal information it collects to financial and non-financial companies including, but not limited to, brokerage firms, custodians and public accounting firms (as permitted or required by law). GradSave will not otherwise disclose any personal consumer information unless: (i) GradSave receives prior written consent from the consumer; (ii) GradSave believes the recipient is an authorized representative of the consumer; or (iii) GradSave is required by law to disclose information to recipient.
You can choose not to provide us with certain information. This may result in you unable to use certain features on the Site because such information may be required for you to register as a client.
If you wish to opt out of the disclosure of nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties you can do say by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "OPT OUT".
In any commercial e-mail we send you, you will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving such messages in the future. We will endeavor to act on these requests as soon as reasonably possible. You may also request the deletion of personal information by e-mailing email@example.com and provide us enough information to identify your account and prove that you are the owner of the account. Deletion requests will be handled as quickly as reasonably possible. However, we may retain such information and data as needed to stay in compliance with applicable laws.
